Anti-static Fabric with Licensed PROBAN® Durable Flame Retardant Finish
This multi-functional protective fabric combines patented PROBAN ammonia-cured flame retardant treatment and permanent anti-static conductive grid weaving, designed for high-risk flammable, explosive and thermal working environments including oil, chemical, welding and power industries.
PROBAN FR Technology Introduction
Adopting THPC phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant system with full licensed PROBAN production procedure: padding FR liquor → pre-drying → sealed ammonia curing crosslinking → oxidation stabilization → washing & finishing. Small FR molecules crosslink into water-insoluble high polymer inside fiber cavities after ammonia treatment, permanently locked within fiber instead of weak surface coating.
When exposed to open flame, the fabric carbonizes quickly to form heat-insulating barrier, dilutes surrounding oxygen and interrupts combustion chain reaction. It self-extinguishes immediately after leaving flame without molten drips that cause secondary scalds, with LOI value over 28.
Anti-static Performance
Permanent conductive carbon filaments are woven into warp and weft to form regular grid structure, continuously dissipate static charge generated by friction, eliminate static spark risks for flammable vapor and dust, fully meet GB 12012 and EN1149 anti-static explosion-proof standards.
