Cotton Nylon Inherent Flame Retardant Fabric
This C/N blended fabric combines natural cotton and nylon fiber. Cotton delivers excellent moisture absorption and breathability to relieve discomfort in hot working conditions, while nylon greatly improves tensile strength, abrasion and tear resistance, extending garment service life compared with 100% cotton FR cloth.
Adopting inherent copolymer flame retardant technology, fire-resistant element is built into fiber instead of surface coating. The fabric self-extinguishes quickly once leaving open flame, without molten drips that cause secondary scald injuries. FR performance complies with GB 8965, EN11611 after 50 standard washing cycles, no function degradation.
Soft smooth hand feel without hard coating, comfortable for all-day wear. Tight weave structure resists scratch and pilling. Multiple functional treatments are available: anti-static, OWR oil & water repellent, ripstop grid weave.
We supply solid colors, high-visibility fluorescent shades and full digital custom camouflage printing with reliable color fastness.
