TC 80/20 Water Repellent Twill Workwear Fabric
This TC 80/20 twill fabric adopts 80% polyester blended with 20% cotton, a classic cost-effective formula for industrial workwear. Polyester fiber greatly improves fabric tensile strength, wrinkle resistance and shape retention; natural cotton fiber optimizes air permeability and soft handfeel, solving the stuffy problem of full-polyester cloth.
We apply eco-friendly nano water repellent finishing (WR finish) on fabric surface, forming a lotus-leaf hydrophobic layer. Splashed rainwater, tap water and liquid dirt will form round beads and roll away without soaking into fibers, greatly reducing garment cleaning frequency. The functional coating does not block fabric pores, so the breathable comfort will not be sacrificed.
The 3/1 twill tight weave provides superior wear and tear resistance, resistant to daily scraping in workshops. The fabric passes standard color fastness test, no fading after repeated industrial washing, and the water repellent function retains well after 20+ wash cycles.
Available in regular solid colors, high-visibility fluorescent yellow/orange for road safety uniform, and support full custom digital camouflage printing matching your tactical & field operation demands. Extra OWR oil-water repellent treatment can be added for mechanic, catering and chemical industry scenarios.
